General Terms and Conditions of Drachensang

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) Even in the case of mail order purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Notice regarding the right of withdrawal: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once opened or the seal removed. The right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) as soon as the seal has been removed after delivery.
